Schnitzler in Erfurt

Very tasty, large portions, good prices, nice service. Only French fries were unfortunately very salty on both visits.

Great restaurant in a beautiful location. I ate the "Hessische Art" steak and was very enthusiastic. Big portions and good quality. There was also a fresh beer and a view of the cathedral.

Thumbs up in any case, the food was delicious, something for everyone! Top priced and super nice service ... We would love to come back ..

Very nice location. You can sit comfortably inside or outside. Outside at ☀️ and the cathedral background, great. Toilets and hygiene 👍. The food is delicious and huge portions! But give children and senior plates (all wishes are fulfilled) or leave out soup before. Prices similar to almost everywhere in Erfurt's old town between 14 and 18 €.

Only one person was wearing a face mask when they brought the food. Otherwise you either didn't wear one or pulled it down to your chin. We didn't have to fill out a slip of paper either. Friendliness well. Portions were large and food was good.

An absolute disaster in terms of quality. I always eat the same dish. The pepper schnitzel. After the fire, the food was great. Gradually, however, the quality declined so enormously that I won't eat half the meal today. Defects: 1. Totally too salty food (also my friend's other food) 2. Schnitzel and grilled vegetables float in the oil. See image. 3. Only mushrooms and onions as grilled vegetables Today (09/22/20) it will be my last visit here. Definitely no longer recommended. The restaurant was very busy, the waitress friendly. There are many schnitzel variations, there is something for everyone. It tasted good to us and it didn't take long.

A huge German schnitzel shop! The meat is thick and a little hard. The taste of the food was ok. I ate German food! I was satisfied with the perfect score ^ ^ I can't eat it because it's too much. .. ..

WOW. Had dinner there tonight, awesome. Delicious, huge portions, price / performance ratio is absolutely top, for the location directly on the Domplatz almost scary; o) The restaurant itself is very well-kept, well furnished and the staff is second to none. Very nice, really on the ball and with all the stress that they have, always a happy word on their lips; Another thank you to the waitress Sylvia. A visit (I'm hungry !!!) is highly recommended, five stars.

Special requests do not seem to be welcomed, switchbacks from pork to turkey schnitzel are not possible with the standard dish, although the menu says the same price for both in the individual order. And if you put it together individually, you get € 10 more for the same dish with turkey, which is neat. Prepared meals are ok

The food is very good; lush and tasty. The choices from the menu too. The possibility to put together your own food is great, but the food then becomes too expensive. Concerning. Unfortunately, corona prevention is not optimally set up. Wait staff without a face mask, the dispenser for hand disinfection in front of the toilet was empty and above all the tables are too close together.

A nice little restaurant with a view of the cathedral. The service was friendly and quick despite the full house. The menu is amazing, a bit too big for my taste ... 🤷‍♂️ If you can't find anything to eat there, it's your own fault. We'll be back👍

Dumplings taste very good, but are almost too big in relation to the meat portion. We had goulash and rolade. Unfortunately, the meat of the goulash was dry. Roulade was good. Service great.

Good portions, nice or good and "alert" 😉 service, it tasted too. When it gets colder now, there are blankets ready - patio heaters should follow later. No, seriously ... we could eat well and were in good hands.

Have been with you again for a long time! The last time we didn't have such a good experience and wanted to give you another chance. Good restaurant right on the cathedral square. Plenty of choice for vegetarians too, there is a small selection. Until now it was always fresh and very tasty, now and then a little too salty. Price performance is good.

Food very good and plentiful. Service friendly, even though there were only three of them who had to "cope". Toilets would have to be checked more often because of the hygiene concept ..... well ... difficult to implement due to the lack of staff

We sat outside with a view of the cathedral, had an attentive waitress and ate very well. A lavish menu, it took us a while to decide. The portions can be described as very large with a clear conscience. The schnitzel was well breaded and juicy. I also found the fried potatoes very good, as well as the cauliflower. I can fully recommend this place.

Delicious schnitzel !! Nothing more really needs to be said. Staff is very friendly, service is good and despite the abundance quite brisk. If you like schnitzel you shouldn't miss it. As a tip, a reservation here is worth its weight in gold, even during the week for lunch.

The place is nice, the food is great, but the portions are really big. I would rather consider getting half of the food for half of the money instead of taking it home cause your not able to finish it :3

If you feel in the mood for a great Schnitzel or steak- that's the place to go. The portions are enormous and super tasty. The menu is very big, there is lots to choose from for everyone's taste. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is situated right next to the Domplatz, the place where the cathedral is, so it's perfect for your city tour.
